Photo Session with Mom and Daughter - Birmingham, Alabama

This sweet Momma first contact me with the sweetest and most sincere email that just rung of emotion!

“My daughters and I have been through a lot this year and I really want to do a shoot with the three of us to forever remind us how strong we are together and what we have overcome…”

I was toughed by her heartfelt email and grabbing these sweet memories became a highlight or my season and a privilege to me personally!

We ended up shooting our family photo session in-between storms… but that did not put a damper on any of their sweet personalities!

We met at one of the most beautiful spots in Hoover, Alabama where the storms had blown the leaves to the ground, adding a rustic and fall charm to our trail.

We had walked a short distance… but I always use this time to capture the classic walking photo shots!

As I was capturing a few classic portraits as well as some lifestyle photos of these two sisters, I could see mom out of the corner of my eye gathering leaves.

I was so glad she wanted such a classic, playful shot of her girls! I knew exactly what was coming, but they did not! Their reaction to the leaves being dropped on their head was fun!

I am so thankful that I get to capture special memories for sweet families like this one.
