One on One Time with Mom

From the moment that this young lady contacted me, I knew how much she loved her Momma!

Her first message to me was as follows: “My mom is coming from out of town on short notice for 2 days... I know it’s a long shot, but we live 600 miles apart and would really love a photo session together.

The second that I read that, my answer was “of course we will get a session on the books”. It’s hard to be 8 hours away from each other and see each other so seldomly. So capturing this precious time together was a priority.

We booked our session and chose to shoot at the beautiful Ross Bridge Trail in Hoover.

The moment I laid eyes on these two I was thrilled to photograph such beautiful, stylish and fun women

During the shoot we had such good conversation and they shared several giggles with each other.

(We actually got to watch a surprise proposal take place, which made all three of us swoon. You can see the people behind them in the video above)

After the shoot they were headed to spend more quality time together at this sweet daughters favorite local restaurant.

I am so thankful that when these two miss each other the most they can look at these photos, remember this sweet weekend and see how much they love each other!
